On June 19, 2025, Hong Yu arrived a new equipment for its production line, the Takizawa CNC lathe NEX-108. This strategic investment marks an important step for the company to enhance its precision machining capabilities, especially in the machining of round steel parts.     The Takizawa NEX-108 is a high-performance CNC lathe, known for its excellent reliability, efficiency and machining accuracy. It adopts a compact and sturdy design, suitable for mass production and precision parts manufacturing. The machine is equipped with a high-speed spindle and a high-rigidity bed structure to ensure stable cutting performance even under harsh conditions. It supports a maximum turning diameter of 200 mm and a turning length of up to 300 mm, and can process parts of various shapes.   With a repeatability of up to ±0.002 mm and a surface finish of Ra 0.4 microns or higher, the NEX-108 ensures tight tolerances and excellent surface quality to meet the stringent requirements of modern manufacturing.
